Vadim Sherman, M.D., F.R.C.S.C. is an assistant professor of surgery in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Sherman is board-certified in the United States as well as Canada, and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Sherman is interested in the study of minimally invasive surgery. His clinical expertise is in minimally invasive gastro-intestinal surgery, including bariatric surgery as well as hernia repair and intestinal diseases. Dr. Sherman is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Canadian Association of General Surgeons, and Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
