Robert G. Marvin, M.D., is the Medical Director of Obesity Surgery Specialists in Houston, Texas, and a board certified general surgeon. Dr. Marvin completed his surgical training at the University of Texas at San Antonio Health Science Center, and then completed a fellowship in Surgical Critical care in Houston. Dr. Marvin later served on the faculty at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School, attending in general and trauma surgery. He is certified in Surgical Critical Care and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons.
